  3. I felt like I was cooped up in the barn yesterday when I spent most of the morn on hold to Cricut. My Cricut Explore Air was not cutting. it would start, stop & then not cut at all. I phoned, was on hold & got disconnected the first time. Phoned again & was on hold for much longer that I finaly hung up. Read online about bluetooth & Cricut plugin update that I had recently done. Turns out the plugin has to be 'activate always' and not 'ask if activate.' Once I got that taken care of (I have a computer science degree and it was not easy figuring this out so come on Cricut please help us). Now my cricut Explore Air is back to cutting with the bluetooth wirelessly.
